Industries we serve

Kata Systems manufactures precision plastic components for four industries that share one requirement — parts that perform exactly as specified, every time.

Oil and Gas OEM replacement parts

Texas is the largest oil and gas producing state in the United States — and its compressor fleet runs on polymer wear parts that today come almost entirely from out-of-state or overseas suppliers. Kata Systems is changing that. We manufacture injection-molded OEM replacement components for compressor valves, piston rod seals, pump wear surfaces, and field instrumentation — from Texas facilities, with delivery capability that matches the pace of oilfield operations.

Data Center Infrastructure

Billions of dollars in hyperscale infrastructure are being built across the country right now — and every rack in every facility needs precise airflow management, organized cable routing, clear identification, and environmental monitoring. Kata Systems manufactures complete bundled installation kits that give contractors everything needed for one rack in one organized box, with an installation guide in English and Spanish and a QR code linking to a video tutorial. No missing parts. No guesswork. No callbacks.

Medical device components and parts

Medical device manufacturers require plastic components produced under a different standard than commercial manufacturing. Material traceability is not optional — it is auditable. Dimensional conformance is not approximate — it is documented. Biocompatibility is not assumed — it is certified. Kata Systems is building toward that standard. Our medical device component line launches in 2028, backed by ISO 13485 certification currently in development, with a product portfolio designed for Class I and Class II device OEMs who need a Texas-based precision injection molder they can audit, qualify, and trust.

Aviation MRO components

Aviation maintenance facilities consume significant quantities of non-flight-critical plastic components — ground support equipment parts, facility infrastructure components, tooling fixtures, protective covers, cable management systems, and equipment housings. Kata Systems manufactures precision injection-molded plastic MRO components for aviation maintenance, repair, and operations facilities — from our Katy, Texas production base, with the quality discipline and traceability standards that aviation MRO operations require.
